Paragon Technologies Australia (ABN 37 622 783 028) (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information submitted through the TSSP Careers website (tssp.paragontech.net.au).

What we collect

When you submit an expression of interest through our application form, we may collect:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Your preferred work region(s) and experience level
  • Any additional information you provide in the message field

Why we collect it

We collect this information solely to:

  • Assess your suitability for TSSP Specialist Technician roles
  • Contact you about current and future opportunities
  • Manage our recruitment and onboarding processes

We do not use your information for marketing purposes unless you separately opt in.

How we store it

Your information is stored securely using industry-standard measures, including:

  • Encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for all form submissions
  • Secure cloud storage within our Microsoft 365 environment (hosted in Australian data centres)
  • Access restricted to authorised Paragon Technologies staff involved in recruitment

We retain application data for up to 12 months after submission to consider you for future roles. After this period, your data is securely deleted unless you ask us to keep it on file.

Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • The Victorian Department of Education, where required as part of the TSSP panel supplier process
  • Our cloud service providers (Microsoft) who process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations

Your rights

Under the APPs, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Withdraw from the recruitment process at any time

Complaints
